I have served the northwest suburbs of Chicago for over 35 years as a pragmatic small business owner with the training and experience to create real value for individuals, families and investors seeking advice and representation in real estate brokerage.

I own and operate Heartland Probate, a small, mostly free concierge of services company. Heartland Probate was created out of my own experiences of having gone through an expensive, stressful, and time-consuming probate process as the personal representative for my own mother’s probate estate.

Knowing what I know now as a Certified Probate Expert (CPE), the probate process can be stress-free, less time consuming and less expensive. Heartland Probate brings real and professional value to the personal representative, the heirs, the family members and to the estate itself.

At the heart of what we bring to the probate estate are problem-solving skills and services as they relate to the three most common and troublesome areas the personal representative deals with:

1. Personal Property – from packing and organizing to estate sales and property clean outs.
